Successful applicants will be allowed to remain in the UK for an initial two years, after which they will be able to apply to switch to the Tier 1 (Innovator) Visa route.

Am I eligible for the Tier 1 (Start-up) Visa?

• Are over 18-years old
• Have a business idea which is new and viable
